Spark Slushies!

It’s HOT outside. So get out your blender (we recently bought an oster personal blender. Awesome choice on our part).

Blend together:
6oz water
1 scoop of spark or rehydrate
Your fav frozen fruit (we like berries and pineapple with pink lemonade spark)
A cup of ice cubes

Blend til smooth and frosty!! This is amazing on the cleanse because it makes me feel like I’m eating a slush or if I don’t need another spark for the day I omit the spark and water and it becomes a super thick sorbet consistency.

Deeeeelicious!

All purpose meat and fish seasoning

I add this seasoning to everything protein! Eggs, pork chops, chicken breast, tilapia, etc. Its great on roasted veggies too. I always make a double batch and put it in a shaker.

2 T Salt
2 T brown sugar (OMIT IF CLEANSING)
1 T black pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 T dried basil
1 T paprika
1 T dried tarragon (optional)

Meal Replacement Shakes

When drinking your Meal Replacement Shake (can be had during both cleanse phase– water only and max phase–almond milk can be added), add 9 oz of almond milk instead of water… it turns an already fabulous MRS into a creamy, thick milkshake (and GREAT for you!). This is how my husband drinks his ONLY!
